      Bedokid:
Just to share my experience only cos different person has different symptoms. Besides the usual hot flushes I also have lot of others. I begin to have bloatings lots and lots of winds inside the stomach, bones and muscles aches, body also aches(don't know if organs inside aching too) skins seem loss of elasticity, loss of energy, don't feel like doing anything, body just weird feelings(then scared got big problem). I had a whole body checkup last December which was ok but still cannot convince myself.

errmmm....think I probably also starting perimenopause liao.
Have so much wind that I was quite amazed where all that come from.
Those symptoms you mentioned.....skin elasticity loss, lotsa body ache here & there, low energy with no interest to do anything......i'm also getting them. These days gotta force myself to get out of bed to do my chores, all my kdrama discs are left untouched for months.....yawn..... xianzzzz. tired..... and i thot i'm having depression 😆

Thanks for the sharing. Since your checkup says OK, cheer up

I do not hv heavy menses but shorter days of menses and lighter flow. Used to be 5 days, then 3 days, now 1.5 days.

Good news is: eversince I started drinking ginger+honey tea on a daily basis, I do not hv backaches or tummyache anymore.

I had very heavy menses every month, even with the longest 41 cm pad, still can overflow after 2 hours. A lot of clogs and such. I read about Flax seed which can balance hormornes and had been taking the powder form with my daily smoothie for the past month. The heaviness actually ease and i’ve seen much lesser clogs now. Shall continue with this and see if can improve further.

I bought mine from NTUC finest organic section. I took for about 1 month and saw significant reduction.

Flax seeds? I saw this supplement in pharmacy.

I experience heavy menses too. My first 2 days are terrible…so I usually stay at home bcos of the backache and cramps.
