Is the CH curriculum sufficient in terms of preparation for primary school?

For me, I would say yes. DD1 does have maths enrichment but it recaps what she learns in school and focus on building foundation. They have said that she is ready for primary 1 and not to worry. DD1 only started enrichment in april.
same thing for Chinese, she does her hanyu pinyin in school and enrichment fills in other items such as poems, reading passages etc.
English, didn't need to have enrichment. I just review her handwriting and reading with her. -

Hi Jenku,Hi parents,
I have the intention of placing my DD at CH next year for convenience etc...Now that this receivership thingy had happened, I wondered if the staff/teachers would be affected by the news...
Nonetheless, I was wondering if there is any feedback on CH @ Jurong West Blk 721?
My DS are in PG2 and N at CH Justkidz... Hmmm... what i can say is there are fewer local teachers there...
Another issue is i find that profitable childcare organisation are quite $$-driven... everything also talking abt $$$... Maybe bcos i was comparing with the previous childcare centre which my DS1 attended before we moved to Jurong...
All the enrichment classes are not cheap in fact...
There are good teachers in this branch too, though...
These are my personal opinons... no offence to anyone in this forum...

Oic, yup my DS in CH... oso have to travel.. 15mins walk if by foot...no choice, when i want to reg my boys into cc in jurong area, dont know why the cc here are so fully packed...
Only CH allows me to pay the deposits for my boys in order to secure the place... Originally my 1st choice is Carpe Diem..

ic. now there are feedback saying MFS curriculum does not prepare kids for P1. thus, i ask around for some understanding on other pre-school/cc syllabus. Thanks for sharing ya
