Not your own kids. Don't need you to worry. It's up to the school offering.

Someone mentioned that to be promoted to GEP in secondary school, you need to meet a PSLE score of 250. Other parents do not recall hearing it.

As far as the official MOE statement on their site goes, this is what it says:

After Primary 6, promotion to the next level of gifted education is based on:

1. performance in the GEP from Primary 4 to 6, including a pass in Social Studies
2. attitude towards work and the enrichment programme

don't think I catch fire that easily....but will still catch fire if provoked....eventually. Not inert, and won't be able to catch fire on my own

Yes I called them they said applicants will be informed over the nexts 2 days, Friday and Saturday.

Rarely see enquiries for band 2 and below sec schs? Looking forward to see some of these queries as top schs exceedingly over-represented here. No balance at all!

So far know dd classmate has one boy DSA to Gan Eng Seng, think is apply through boy brigade or uniform group. Another two went for some test last week on RVH.

A Lot of My Gal's Sch Mates Trying for both NYGH and RVH for DSA Chinese Dance ....
