                hipomum:
Newbie here, have been reading the threads & am glad to find so many helpful moms out there, willing to share their experiences :xedfingers: I saw many posts regarding RGS & NYGH, but did not hear much bat NJC. Anybody whose child sat for NJC's GAT care to share? Heard the English paper was tough..... :frustrated: btw does anyone also know when notification will be out for the camp n interview? Hope to hear some input :thankyou:

Hi hipomum, my DD went for the NJC HAST. Yes...she also commented that the reading comprehension was super tough...her exact words \"dun noe wat the passages r talking abt\"...the other 2 papers, Maths Reasoning & Abstract Reasoning was easy though. The Phase 2A Activity & Phase 2B interview will be tentatively held on 20th & 27 Aug respectively....so my guess is they will notify shortlisted candidates a week before 20th Aug....so tat's another 2 weeks of waiting..

I am also waiting anxiously, DD told me one of her classmates called up for interview at RGS but this classmate of hers applied under rhythmic gym, seemed like none of her classmates who applied under academic has received any call for interview at RGS.

Her Classmate in RG? U Mind letting me know Which Sch is your Gal studying in now? (Or if U Prefer, Can Pm me)

                  DD is studying at RGPS.

How i wish those who have applied for RGS/NGHS get in. In the event if unsuccessful, still got PSLE, aim for at least T-score 262. Within the same cohort, its still relatively easier compare to gaining entry to read law/medicine/dentistry in our unis.
