Nothing wrong with no CO of course. Most of our kids esp mainstreamers have no CO. :frustrated: In fact majority of Singapore p6 kids have no CO  ...And vlim didn't mean it in the negative sense. She's one of the sweetest KSP regular contributors around  I understand how we mainstream parents feel frustrated when our above average kids gets no CO in this DSA game esp when our kids put in a lot of efforts all these years. To us mainstreamer parents, a CO is so hard to come by. But so far majority of the GEP parents here are a nice lot. Let's jiayou together. :hugs:
Actually, when I read the comment made by vlim about \"putting herself in the shoes of other parents, whose kids have not gotten a CO...\" I was quite put off. I mean, what is so wrong to be without a CO? They need empathy? If I may add, I empathise with those kids who have to attend numerous tuitions/enrichment (some since a young age), do countless and countless of past year papers, or groomings/coachings by parents etc to maintain their top positions or competitive edge over others.

Wow! First, some members write in to "support" Phankao. Now, some members write in to "support" vlim. Ok, ok, I did not mean to say that vlim is not a nice person, just that my very first reaction when reading her that particular post "puts me off". That’s all. Maybe I misinterpreted it. As I mentioned in another thread (RI vs HCI), the readings in this thread are "happier" as parents share tips, info and advice with one another.

Phankao, come back PLEASE!
we all miss you. we want you to come back, talk to us again ! -

So let's keep it happy! This is a forum to share the joy and dispair of each parent/child journey through their DSA. We get valuable info from each other, don't read too much between the lines. -
