NJC vs DHS

Actually she just want to follow friends. I didn't even bring her to any NJC open house and she said she likes NJ. Asked her why and she just can't give me the reason.

Care to share with you like NJ?

After those independent top 4 schools, njc is next better player with less Chinese oriented ; also based on reading both threads , it seems njc is all rounder n fun. Anyway both are excellent n choosing njc is personal preference .

Despite distance much farther from home, my kid prefers njc to chs n ask him why; reply is like the name … That’s why to me it is personal thing; u may also check with her friends why choose njc over others…

But we will be going overseas on that day, hence unable to attend the open

Can someone share with me your opinion of these two schools?

My DD gets a WL for DHS but she prefers NJC because her friends
are going there too. Should I convince her to choose DHS as a safe
choice (DSA option) or let her goes with her friends (using PSLE result)?

But a bit worry now cause the papers are easy and so dont know how much will be the deviation of the T score like? The COP may be higher too.

Wow! Both are good schools! One in the east, the other more central. One is an autonomous school, and the other government-aided school. NJC was the first school to kickoff IP. Both have good programs.

Think you have to speak with dd after the exams - keep cool and concentrate on psle at hand! I also take it your dd has been doing well all this time. And there is the likelihood dd will be given a spot in DHS if you apply via DSA. Is your dd considering this seriously and can reason her decision (other than friends!)?
