Do you know why she is always the main actress? It's because she has \"thicker\" skin and always volunteers whenever the teacher asks for one. In fact, she has been doing it (volunteer herself) so often that the teachers have to \"pretend\" they didn't see her raise her hands.

Have you actually decided which centre to go to already? My girl said that many of her classmates, including your girl, told the one of the Chinese teachers that they would be joining the new centre.

Now, here's the confusion. New centre meaning LV@SP2 or LSH@KV? My girl was very affirmative in saying it was LSH. :?

No lah. Lzxuan will only be attending the session today. Besides, the Chinese teacher in LV asked the children yesterday, before the start of the briefing session by LSH (which was held in the evening). Hence, it is not possible that they could have attended the briefing and felt that LSH was better than LV.

Yes, yesterday my daughter also told me that she is going to join the new center right? (My understanding to her new center would be new LV since I believe teachers might \"braini wash\" them ) I told her that we most likely will join LSH, which will be at your current school but all teachers will be different. She is fine with it as we \"praised\" her that she is elder sister now and can handle new teachers.

So far the person I have asked, 2 will join new LV, 3 will join LSH. There are some kelian one like those public enroll in LV, they are not informed of LSH briefing, since LSH could not get hold of their information.

Fion, your kid would want to enroll in Jan? Why not observe for half a year see how things go then only decide? The school building of current Kent Vale location is MTM for Childcare. So it consists of air-con and non-aircon in the school so that the kids are not expose to aircon 8-9 hours continuously. And there are outdoor playground and garden so that the teachers can bring the children to explore the garden to teach them on plants. Lots of parents fedback that they love the building. One glance through the curiculum offered by LSH, those are famous and expensive program if you want to enroll in private. However, how the question is how experience the teachers carry out these curiculum since most teachers would bew newly hired.

I am not too sure how is the new LV, so probably observe first for you if the vacancy can wait for you.

Hence, if these parents had received e-mail from LV@NUS informing them of the change in operator of the centre, and they knew LSH would take over, they could find out details about the briefing from LSH's website.

I think for Fion's case, it may be easier for her to get into LV than LSH. Why? Because NUS staff will want to put their children in LSH, if they are currently not in LV. For parents who are currently with LV@NUS, some will go with LV, some will stay. Since priority for LSH is given to NUS staff, it seems that the probability of her successfully enrolling her son in LV is higher than LSH.

If i wanna enrol my son in LV i have to pay deposit by 7 Nov 09 than i can have a vacancy for him.

As for LSH they only can get back to me by end of Nov if i get a chance to enrol my son.

Has PM you. Those do not own a car would most likely stay in LSH.

The problem is that they do not know LSH is taking over. It was not written in LV's letter.

The non-aircon would be the play ground only. Currently, the dining area, ABC circle, walk way, or even classroom and opt for aircon/non aircon.

Ya, for Fion case, she is hard to \"fight\" with NUS's ppl for a seat. However, during LV's briefing, we were told that if we choose to go to new LV before 7 Nov, we can back out latest by 4 Dec (1 month notice) to avoid penalty. So loop hole?
