Most people say boy tends to talk slower than girl (although its not really true for mine). Try to encourage him to talk more.

i did talk a lot so that he can join in the conversation/catch on to words etc but i realised he is not a very talkative person. my mouth is very tired from too much talking

:thankyou: for the words of consolation. did you feel panicky? did you (contemplate) to send your DS to see a specialist?
My elder son started talking when he is 30 months till that time his word bank had just 6 words :!: -
lovekidsverymuch:
*looks up to the sky* so when will my day come? :? haiz
Yes panicked to the core wanted to show doctors but then MIL stopeed said wait boy slow mah then someone said ppl who start talking late become intelligent  so we stopped worrying then later he learnt though one thing bout him was watever he spoke was correct pronounciation he never spoke in baby language... -
Hi,
I’m a FTWM and i hated it.
I feel i could have done more for my children if i could have stayed at home. Now my kids’ weekends are packed with classes bcos i cannot sent them for classes on weekdays.
My kids are 6, 4 and 1.5 yr.
