      can i ask… u know the body shop body butter is it used like normal lotion on body ? i thk i bot wrongly wanna buy scrub ended up buy body butter only realise now…

          Yes. It is just creamier than usual lotion. If u cannot exchange, then use as body cream la.

              TGIF ! mummies ! have a great weekend ahead ! any of u meditate (or some kind, like stay quiet alone at night before zzzz ) jst to relax and any of u drink milk before sleeping ? calcium ?

                TV is my way of \"zen\" before Zzzz :oops: , dont really munch before sleeping time. No milk (lactose intolerant) :oops:

                  icic… now i will chat with kids once they doze of… i also doze off… no tone down time…day by day… i feel like something is amiss… last time i still do pilates/yoga… now after office relocated … too far to go… no relaxing method besides once a week treadmill session…as we age… we should have more calcium intake… many lady friends told me to drink milk before sleep which helps to sleep (which i thk i no need, once i touch the bed, can sleep liao)… and also for calcium…

                    I do have that \"zone out\" period before bed time unless I am very tired which is K.O immediately.

                    Do you get to sleep late?

                      i sleep same time with kids… 9pm the most 30 mins later… hah… every weekend i tell myself i dont want to zzz early… so that i can at least catch a movie or something… ended up after their story time/chatting… i sleep together…no time for myself except during working time like now… haaa

                        Oooo, Kids sleep around 9.30pm or later (if weekends), so my bed time ranges from 11 - 1am :oops: sometimes due to work calls 😓
