Do you have more information on undergraduates who studied there , and those who have graduated? I think most who studies there are on scholarship. Is your children interested too. -
May I ask what is meant by C9 League? Any special meaning? Thanks.

From Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C9_League
The C9 League is an official alliance of nine elite and prestigious universities in mainland China, initiated by the Chinese Central Government through Project 985 to promote the development and reputation of Chinese higher education system by founding world-class universities in the 21st century. It is analogous to the Ivy League in the United States, the U15 in Canada, the Golden Triangle in the UK, and the Go8 in Australia.
The members of the C9 League are
Tsinghua University
Peking University
Zhejiang University
Nanjing University
Fudan University
Shanghai Jiao Tong University
Xi'an Jiaotong University
University of Science and Technology of China
Harbin Institute of Technology
Together they account for 3% of the country's researchers but receive 10% of national research expenditures. They produce 20% of the nation's academic publications and 30% of total citations.
C9 League is one of the world's premier and top-performing network of universities, attaining tremendous success and achieving academic excellence in numerous fields and areas of education, its members are some of the highest ranking and most reputable universities in the world. -

Why would anyone want to enrol in C9 for their first degree for subjects other than Chinese Linguistics, Chinese History or Chinese Literature?
If your child hails from a decent IP school, why not try the other 'angmoh' universities in USA or UK, or for that matter, NTU and NUS?
NTU and NUS rank higher than Tsinghua and Peking, so don't be silly and go to Peking to do your first degree. Please look at the QS league table.

After graduation, if you happen to join an organisation that deals lots with China, they may sponsor you for a short EMBA or Public Admin (of sorts) course at one of the C9 universities. Or if you're posted to China, you can take a part-time degree course in one of them 也不迟。 There's no need to rush into a C9 first degree programme after your A levels or IB.
C9 universities have a lot of brainy undergraduates but they may not be top-notch or world class in terms of their research/lecturers/facilities, etc. Many mainlanders go to C9 instead of overseas universities not because C9s are that good. It's becuse they lack resources, Eng proficiency and family support. The cream of the cream will eventually proceed to an Ivy League or Golden Triangle university for a second degree, usually on college scholarship.
Those PSC scholars who went to Peking or Tsinghua might be bonded to MFA or MOE, I think? (TBC) -
Hi all, I am a JC graduate who recently got my A-level results. My UAP is pretty decent I guess, 87.5. I am considering Peking University or NUS/NTU. I am at a crossroad right now, not knowing whether to stay in sg or go overseas. The pros of gg to peking will be fully covered tuition+accommodation fees+extra allowance, as well as the exposure living in one of the fastest growing countries in the world. I was thinking maybe pku will give me an edge in employment here, since china’s market is expanding very quickly and there might be more companies wanting to have business dealings with china (?). However, I do recognise that local unis do provide a world-class education, and finding a job after graduating will be easier. what do i do?
p.s im planning to study IR in china, and business administration locally -
