RE: What I hate about the current Singapore
limlim:
:goodpost: totally agree with you.....Actually, was wondering who does the Govt need to allow PRs to buy HDB flats?
PRs can always rent HDB or buy condo right? If they are attracting \"Talents\", not cheapo PMET labour to complete with citizens for jobs.
Or HDB can rent flats to PRs.
Why must allow PR
to buy HDB flats? -

RE: Leaving children at home unattended
heyhoe:
:peekaboo: Try Mobile LIVECam..you can get it from MI & Singtel only.I'm also tempted to let my P3 DS to stay at home after school. Reason being, he usually stay back after school for CCA etc 4 times a week. He's only left with 2-3 hours which I think is better spent resting at home and doing his homework.
Do you think having security camera will help?
Its work for me,..very useful tools,..you can watch wha't happening @ home no matter where u are. I used d camera to view my boy activities. E.g.... Is he at home, Is he doing his homework,.COMPUTER /TV..etc..
Now that he more mature..learn to base on trust..so i'll use d camera once or twice a day....

RE: Any Sports Club Where Teenagers can meet-up
Vevey:
Some community clubs hv interest groups for teenagers. Can check http://www.pa.gov.sg/
Tks for the info,..I'll drop with my boy to check out T-Net Cub (AMK CC)......
I understand the T-Net Club organises a wide range of activities to engage teenagers and develop their potential. These include educational, social/recreational, cultural and performing arts, sporting and community service activities.
