RE: Flying Scoot with children
Just fly to Gold Coast on Dec 2012 with my Family. I do agree the food serving do take a time. But everything was great, the sitting place area is wider than other budget airline. The staffs do not bother about us when we are eating our own fruits.
Sure will fly with Scoot again. -

Make sure that u bring in unopened tin of baby milk powder n declare accordingly. U will not have any problem at all. As for the 3in1 coffee powder, it depends on your luck. Ozzie custom regulations are very strict on dairy products. There are possibilities that they may not clear your coffee powder becos of it's milk content.bee8250:
dear all, visiting GC coming Dec 2012. need advise on whether i can bring baby milk powder & 3in1 coffee powder to AUS. some tell me can, some tell me have to purchase at AUS.
thanks in advance.
I tried bringing in sachets of instant cereal for my then toddler before. I declare the item together with my formula milk. The officer let me through but told me not to do it again becos of the milk content.
Anyway, 3in1 coffee is available in their supermarket.
Hi bebebub,
Thank you for the infor, will declare accordingly.

RE: Robin readers vs Ladybirds
sunny:
hi sunny, from my exprience whereby i tested out the iPen at the popular it dun really give a good phonic start up. my son is K2 and the school recommended the key words with peter & jane serires.Hi
I am thinking whether I should get the robin readers with iPen or Ladybirds (a, b, c) series for my kids. I understand that Ladybirds has been in the market for quite a while and I saw quite a number of kids benefited from reading through the series.
Anyone bought Robin readers with iPen? Some friends told me that robin is good as after the kids learn how to use iPen, the parents do not need to accompany them all the time. In terms of the key words in this reader, is it comparable to Ladybirds?
for a start my son and i dun really like to read them as the picture are not as colourful as the robin reader series. however, as he process to higher level in peter & jane series he started to enjoy.
i also discover his reading skill had improved. just spend half to 45min with your kid to finish a book, for sure you will see the result.
