If you child not ready to read, maybe can do some fun activities including words card, you can follow this mum at http://www.facebook.com/jinduoplay, she incorporates fun learning and her daugther is reading 6yo at 3yo even she has not gone to any school yet. The mother is also a full time working mum.
      wow. It looks fun.
Also, flashcards could be a quick way to increase vocabulary and helps in reading especially for 3-5 years kids.

Read to your child every day, and let them see you reading.
Totally agreed with this approach. How can the kids not learn from the parent when we do lots of reading

Try visiting them and talk to the principal or teachers.

Have no big issues sending both my kids there.
I particularly like the Morris Allen and Tien Hsia classes that are included in their syllabus. So, I don’t have to send them to other enrichment classes.

      They are not the cheapest.

ps: Also like the water play at the "pool" ( which is halted due to Covid).

How old is he? Mine playing with Scratch Junior (mobile apps) when he’s 5-6 years old. Had lots of fun.

Try to download the app and have a try. Hope can entice your kid.

Ideas for the whole family to engage in your child’s learning:
      Read together every day
      Write together every day
      Talk together every day
      Learn together every day
      Play together every day
      Laugh together every day
      Move together every day
      Explore together
      Liked the
      - Talk together every day
      - Learn together every day
      - Play together every day
      - Laugh together every day
      - Explore together

Left the reading and writing homework to themselves 😂

Someone suggested this in another thread which I find very interesting for young kids.

Picture your toddler in the kitchen. If you find yourself not wanting to, preschool is the perfect place to get them involved sans the mess back home. Making them comfortable in the kitchen will leave a positive impact on how they respond to different types of foods, including the much-despised fruits and veggies.

The coding class looks fun. And the skill learned will be very useful in today's digital world.

My kids used to play coding with Scratch and Scratch Jr. Going to try Swift Playground this weekend.

Python is probably too early for my young ones now. However, as a parent we can pick up the skill first 😂
