Thanks, cylg. I think my son will enjoy NUSH as he is one of those who \"wants the truth\" rather than what his textbook says. This streak often cost him dearly because he disagreed with ALL the MCQ answers. As to whether he is suitable for this curriculum, I leave it to the school's selection process. Que sera, sera!

My daughter is a mainstream kid with no impressive academic track record in Maths, but has a lot of passion in Science. We too are wondering what her chance is.

Went to DHS openhouse with my daughter last Saturday and came home happy. She will apply through DSA via MEP (violin). Not sure how good her chance is coz the overall P5 & P6 SA1 results have to be 80% (hers is >70% but <80%).

Would like to listen to parents who have kids who have been through this path.

Must say I am impressed with how well behaved and polite the kids are when I was there at the openhouse. Of course my daughter said \"they are still hiding their horns\" :lol:
