hi,

can I have mommies feedback about pediasure? is it as nice as like Gain IQ?

I tried Gain IQ (free sample) once with my DD2. She didn't like it. I think she found Gain IQ to be not as thick and quite tasteless as compared to Pediasure.

Thanks 😄 maybe i will try the small bottle (which they just launched)...just worry if it taste too good...my gain IQ will hv to go into storeroom... :|
You can add a scoop every time you use the new FM. That way you won't waste the whole tin of FM.

    • RE: Which brand of milk powder is your child taking?

I’m giving my gal Gain IQ and Pedisure. If she misses her lunch or dinner, I will give her Pedisure. She is quite petite so sometimes I gave a few times in a day. However, one shouldn’t exceed more than 1 litre a day.

I spoke to the nutrionist at Abbott and I was told that there are 3 types of children/toddlers taking Pedisure Milk.
      1. Underweight
      2. Fussy Eater
      3. Children who doesn’t have the time for breakfast.

The 4th one I heard was from my gal’s teacher. She said she gave her son Pedisure to control his diet. That’s really interesting.

    • RE: Daiso The $2 Shop

Yeap it's really a very interesting shop. I could spend 2 hours browsing. Everytime I told my partner I am going there, he will ask HOW LONG you gonna be?! So I actually prefer to shop alone 😉

They have very nice gift boxes over there. Stationary too. There's this Hello Kitty section too but seems like they are cutting down the items. I would say a small hello kitty stick on pad for $2 is a little costly.

Handwash detergent for 2bucks per pack is quite worth it...

    • RE: Your daughter's hair, long or short?

My daughter has got short hair due to the recent hot weather but would like her to have longer hair when she turns 3.

My girl's hair has never been cut... she doesn't have much as a baby, but now she has this lovely natural curls that make her look like a doll. Can't bear to cut THAT  .

Wah...same here... my gal also have curls but only at the back... It's above shoulder length but when it's wet, it's actually quite long...hah... At the moment, I will only get my stylist to trim her fringe. I guess when she is able to sit still... will then give her a proper haircut...

    • RE: Rated S for Scary - About fengshui and supernatural stuff

I heard about seeking a medium to call to speak to the deceased. Anyone heard of that or did that?

Any particular reason why would anyone wants to do that??? It’s really sad enough to lose their love one. Can’t imagine if they really get to speak to the deceased via the medium? Even sadder right…

    • Daiso The $2 Shop

How often do you guys shop at Daiso? Whenever I go there, it is always PACKED!!! super crowded and people are really buying stuff!

There are bowls and plates at $2 too. How many of you would actually buy bowl/plates/tupperware (plastic wares) at Daiso? Do you think they are "safe"??? If Daiso is selling at 2bucks, I guess the real price could be only a few cents??? I’m really thinking they could be using some inferior material.

The last time I was there, I bought a few plastic boxes to store my gal’s toys. I also bought a little dustbin. When I removed the plastic wrap, I nearly fainted. The pvc of the dustbin was REALLY FOUL!!! I wasn’t surprised after seeing MADE IN CHINA. Whereas the other plastic boxes which has no smell were MADE IN JAPAN.

I have nothing against. In fact I quite like to shop there as sometimes, their stuff can be really interesting!

Well… I heard from many people (infact, I would do that too) when staying over at a hotel.

      1. Knock 3 times before entering
      2. Once you enter, ‘inform’ them that you are going to stay for a few nights. Sorry for disturbing etc. Also at the corner of each bed.
      3. Cover the mirror or TV with a cloth during bed time
      4. Place your shoe 1up the other side down so to make it like a ba gua and place in near the door
