Can anyone advise the comparison between Ngee Ann Primary and Yu Neng Primary? My son is currently in NAPS but as we are going to be moving to Bedok Reservoir area, we're looking to transfer him to YNPS (subject to availability of course). He's currently on waitlist for the transfer but just trying to evaluate our decision on whether moving from NAPS to YNPS is a good decision. Would appreciate any advise. :scratchhead:

Need some advise on my situation, if I am staying within 1km to Bedok West Primary and Damai Primary but 1-2km to Yu Neng and Red Swastika. What would be your likely choice of school? suggestions appreciated.

Note that I checked with MOE on Friday and they informed that Damai Primary and Damai Secondary are not affiliated.

Thanks for the info. I too do not have good vibes about that school but apparently that’s probably the only school (in that area) that is single session. The rest in the area are Yu Neng Pri, Red Swastika (ballot at 1km), Bedok West Pri, East Coast Pri. And i do not have any friends whose kids are in Damai Pri. This is so mind boggling!

I am moving to bedok reservoir area in 2 years time but my younger DS will be registering for P1 next year. If we follow our older DS, he will go to Ngee Ann Primary which will be quite a distance to travel. Anyone have any comments on transfering to Damai Primary School (the other schools like Yuneng and St Hilda’s are pretty difficult to get in - hv to ballot even at 1km)? Any advise would be appreciated as we are at a loss on what to do.

Hi Bb_Feeqa, I am also looking to enrol my child in 2014 but there’s nothing mentioned about how this school is performing. Have you had any luck in any websites? I’ve heard alot about Damai Secondary though.

Hi there, I’ve just joined KiasuParents.com and went to check if there was any postings on Damai Primary but found it empty. Is it becoz this not a very popular school? where can i find info about this school in this forum?
