Can we use 1 address (mine) for School A under Phase 2A and if we fail to get in, make a SD (grandparents) and register for School B under a different address under Phase 2C? Does the SD have to be done before the P1 registration commences?

I saw from past statistics that it is rather easy to enter MC at Phase 2C. Just want to confirm that it is so (that I am not reading the info wrongly). Also, to ask why MC does not seem so popular with parents.

Agree. The birth rate for that year is also not in our favour.
