Can anyone please tell me what are the good guide books and assessment books for sec 1 science.

The best assessment book I have found is Red in color and called \"Lower Secondary Science (Conceptual Exercises)\"by G.S. Cheng. The new 2013 edition is out now. I have used it in my science class for 3 years now. It has a good assortment of both MCQ and Structured questions.

The lesson on Tue & Thurs are at Bukit Batok's branch. They have another branch at Pasir Ris under Concept Learning if I am not wrong. They are opening a new class at Pasir Ris but do not have enough student at the moment.

I also have a tutor that I would like to recommend if you guys are interested. Both DS did very well under her. My elder DS got A* for his PSLE and younger son scored band 1 for last SA2.


But she is in the east side, tampines simei area. If don mind the distance, PM me. She was featured in the newspaper and magazines. Owner of the centre and teach by herself, my nieces and nephews also go over to her centre. The best thing is they have hands on experiment which both my DS love...
