Article in New Paper the other day show even company like California Fitness-around for 20 years can disappear with our money overnight la. Reminder that anytime you pre-pay for services, you risk losing some or all your hard earned money if company suddenly close. Good reading and reminder for fellow members.

Homeschooling really depend on environment and commitment of parties involved. Parent must be disciplined and child must be receptive to homeschooling. Have friends who tried, one stopped working to commit to children and another tried for one year and couldn’t take it. Must be aware of one’s capabilities lah.
With possibility of technical recession and retrenchments with economic slowdown, i think COE trends will be downwards for coming year.
Current rental market not so good, lah Rents have been going down while vacancy going up. With possibility of technical recession, rents will continue to be under pressure.

Don't believe...you can try on one handset first and see if it lasts longer. If it does buy more for other handsets too. Otherwise, just use nice Eneloops for some other device that uses AAA.
Also, do not put handset back into base after each call. Wait for the phone tell you it needs recharging. Will make batteries last longer.
