For the pattern qn the answer cannot be C because 543 is an odd number. You can see in the table column A and C all even number so answer A and C are out. Then you have to 543 ÷ 4 = 135 and remainder, thus 135 × 4 = 540. 540 is even number, so have to be column A, and if you count on the answer is D

Maybe try to lure your child to enhance the story by adding vocabulary and idioms, and remember when you write dialogues your child needs to start with a new paragraph. Maybe suggest your child to get used to writing the CODA/MORAL of the story at the last paragraph, that will end off the story well.

But most importantly, it's not the length of the story that matters, it is mostly the usage of words, grammar and punctuation that matters.

Remember to remind your child not to spend too much time on the introduction of the story, try to stretch the story at the conclusion. That way you are sure that your child will know how to manage the time taken to write the story.

Not consistent la.. He also the type that doesnt like to write so he scores average for compo and SW. Final marks not Astar. Unlike some of his classmates, who are excellent in all components including oral, have impressive final results of 93 and above. You can try some of these strategies;

S&T : Some kids find this easy while others struggle. If its not a natural flair, must sort of memorise basic rules. Some
S&T books have the examples given. Keep reviewing the examples given.

Vocab MCQ : Roughly know or guess what kind of word looking for. Teach her to eliminate unlikely answers. Also to
make educated guess.

Compre cloze : Help her be aware of the different types of clues. Get a good book to review this.
