    • RE: chiropractic Vs orthopaedic for lower back ache

Chiropractors use hands-on spinal manipulation and other alternative treatments, the theory being that proper alignment of the body's musculoskeletal structure, and ortho are like doctors who do surgeries already..

Like knee replacement, bunions, diabetic foot problems. like for example https://ardmoreorthopaedics.com.sg/services.html

    • RE: Lower Back Pain

Sitting for hours at work and home is causing back and leg pain for many..Perhaps you bent the wrong way while lifting something heavy. Or you're dealing with a degenerative condition like arthritis? but try looking for a doctor to help you ease the pain.

Or you can Stretch. Don't sit slumped in your desk chair all day. Get up every 20 minutes or so and stretch the other way. I like stretching because it relaxes me, but sometimes if these things don't work you can just go see a doctor, would recommend Dr Sean Ng of Ardmore Orthopaedic Clinic https://www.ardmoreorthopaedics.com.sg.

Or you can also watch your posture, since I always slump on my seat it can also cause back pain. Slumping makes it harder for your back to support your weight. Remember to be careful of your posture when lifting heavy objects. Never bend over from the waist. You should bend and straighten from the knees.
