My sis-in-law & I had the same problem...

So we went to 2 different restructured hospital respectively to seek Ortho specialist consultations. After examining the x-ray, was told by the specialist doc to accept the fact that its due to \"wear & tear\" for the middle ages.
The senior specialist doc assured me that I'm very healthy & was the \"best\" patient he'd seen for most the day.

My ex-colleague once told me she'd signed up for chiro package (paid over 6K) but I've did not get to followup after I left the co.

So if anyone else had any better advice.. I need to know as well. Tks

          for my ltd knowledge,

chiro is adjustment to ur bone…ortho are the ones who have the power to operate on your bone.

not all are suitable for chiro…do go for both opinions before deciding.

Chiropractors use hands-on spinal manipulation and other alternative treatments, the theory being that proper alignment of the body's musculoskeletal structure, and ortho are like doctors who do surgeries already..

Like knee replacement, bunions, diabetic foot problems. like for example https://ardmoreorthopaedics.com.sg/services.html

For any back pain, it’s always best to consult with an orthopaedic doctor first. Screening tests can help diagnose the cause of the pain, and provide prompt and accurate treatment.

Dr Sean Ng from Ardmore Orthopaedic Clinic, for example, is an ortho surgeon who offers medical and surgical treatments for any ortho problems, including neck and back pain. With chiros, however, the treatments are limited and leaning more on alternative therapies.
