just like any other form of trading, it’s very important to have a diversified portfolio where some of your currency pairs can hedge against another

    • RE: Facebook Scam

Good post! I think that with all the social media like facebook and twitter, we have to be very careful when we give our personal details online. My friend mentioned that we have to ensure that there is a security certificate whenever we have to give personal details (most importantly credit card numbers).

    • RE: All About Flu and Cough

i use high strength 500mg buffered vitamin c during period of cough/flu for faster recovery. sometimes my doc will give this glycolthymol (not sure if spelt correctly) gargle to gargle at night and morning.

the standard prescription for cough/flu is always some antibiotics. but for me I found that vitamin C (2X daily) is quite effective for recovery

    • RE: Any remedies for one who is very tired every day?

a B-complex supplement may be the solution. may be good to give the kids a light B supplment from time to time to prevent any deficiency. lack of this may result in chronic fatigue and difficulty to concentrate in class.

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_b

there's a list of all the deficiency of all the various b vitamins. my family feels more energetic after we started to supplement B a few years back.

    • RE: Eggs-daily

my wife lets the kids have around 2 eggs a day - morning egg sandwich plus dinner time may one more. would that be healthy in the long run? because I read somewhere that eggs are important for the b vitamins etc

    • RE: 2013 O Level Results

Yes the most accurate way is to call the form teacher or the school admin desk. most school don’t really update on collection details on their websites

    • RE: Hotel Booking Websites

i use http://www.asiarooms.com and sometimes the hotel's own booking website. I do feel more secure booking directly from the hotel itself rather than these hotel booking sites.

    • RE: All About Luggage

Osprey brand has one type of backpack which maximizes the space you can use as your "carry-on". Travelling light is good for frequent traveller because you can check in and out of airport fast.

But if it’s a tour group then any big luggage from american tourister or samsonite will be good enough.

    • RE: PFP or O levels ?

i think the o levels will be a good foundation to have. at least you will have an internationally recognized cert. from there, you can proceed to poly with a peace of mind also

    • RE: 2014 Sec 4 Discussions

since there’s still 1 year to go, you can try to read some motivation books like 7 effective habits and all that. maybe it will help.

motivation must come from within. because an academic journey is a really long one and short spur or short term motivation will maybe help you for 1-2 months before you start to become normal again.

one way which i like to think it is that you must put in the hard work sooner or later. if you play now, next time you will have to work hard, maybe even all your life. if you work hard now, you will get to enjoy next time (assuming good health). so since you have youth on your side, you can achieve a lot. once you old with all sorts of responsibilities and burdens, you will find it hard to spin out of the work cycle already. hope this helps
