NUSH is out

I sent my son for the interview ytd. The person in charge said that the result will be released by this evening or latest by Wednesday. Kids that went for the interview will be placed in CO, WL or rejected if they find the child not suitable for the school.

As for the 240, it is a requirement to qualify for the Raffles Programme. A score below 240, would mean the student will be admitted into the Raffles Programme Differentiated. RPD is meant to pull the kids back up to the required level.

He must also absolutely need to qualify for Express stream as RI does not offer Normal stream.

My son has received a Confirmed DSA Offer from RI. The email was dated 7 August.

In the email, he is urged to obtain at least a 240 in order for him to placed in the Raffles programme.

How I wish the admin staffs work OT today and get the status updated. It's so torturing !! :frustrated:

Dun think they will OT tonite as the 2 last boys were still waiting for their turn when I left the school at 6.30. Pity the parents who were waiting anxiously outside.

How was it conducted in the interview? We are anxiouly too even if my DS has not such process, :roll:

For those going for interview is definitely a good sign. This shows that NUSH is very interested in those kids, as they are strong academically but might not doing well in the camp. Just like post PSLE, kids have to go for interview after being selected.


Last year, my colleague's DD didn't go for interview also got CO.

But just wondering will the school change the selection system for this year?
I mean all those went for the interview will be decided either a CO or WL.
Not being called up is consider as game over.. :roll:

My guess only - the school might have already decided on those to give rejects or confirmed offers. For those being interviewed and thus, less certain cases, the decision should be fairly fast once they talked to the students.

It's right, I guess too.

Anyway，we have to wait , wait, and only wait.
