Also thinking about the SIA bonds. My consideration, dividend is not guaranteed and shares may fall. Bonds mature in 2015, but it’s going to be traded so bond holder is not locked in. But still I think if I buy any reits (won’t need 10k min), I probably can get better yield than 2.15%.The one from OCBC in the past much better - at least that one was 5.1% (although there is a risk, however slight, that they may not pay)

loner:Wonder anybody has been to Chengdu? Any good eating place one should not miss and is the place children friendly? Chengdu hotpot is \"S.P.I.C.Y H.O.T\" .. Mesuem-wise, San.Xing.Dui and Jinsha archaeological sites, are among the interesting ones ...Comparatively, \"Jiu.Zhai.Gou\" and \"Huang.Long\" are stunning beautiful - but for kids, the high attitudes maybe not tolerant for young children (I remembered, some of the kids in the tour bus we've in then nausea and vomitted)..

hercules:Laser & IPL are usually effective on pigmentation, if you do it regularlly (usually about 4 weeks interval at the beginning and then 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, interval in later part) AND you have to adhere to no-sun and careful sunblock requirements after the treatments else the the pigmentation may become worst (due to initial thinning of skin at the beginning). Some cream products are good to reduce pigmentation but need to have good patience coz usually have to wait long long. It's best to treat melasma via diet first instead of using external treatments. Understand melasma is caused by internal 'toxic', something to do the liver. So, get the liver to function properly first else how much one throws in laser and IPL also will not work much. It is difficult to treat melasma as it is due to 'internal damage'.Current laser/IPL price under GP is about $250/treatment, under salon can cost as little as $18. Their machines are usually different with salons usually buy second hand machines. GP gives a better sense of they know how to control the intensity of the beams while beautician may 'mis-judge' and burn one's skin for life. GP also maintain their machines better and usually will retire their machine once new one is out (so most of the time, they have the latest on the market). The cheapest way to have good skins is to start from young - wash, moisturise, and sunblock from teenage years. If you have already missed this window period, then teach your kids how to do so.Hi, do you know of any ipl / laser clinic ?

      1. Do you know if weather in HK is v hot in mid June as compared to early June?p> I would think its the same. I went once in end May to 1st week of June, the weather was similar as Singapore. 2. Is it advisable to book air tic SQ and accommodation myself online than through a travel agency?p> I went with my older dd when she was 3 years. I bought SQ ticket and booked my hotel online and roam on our own. Last year I had my baby with me, I bought my own SQ tickets, but engaged an agency (Travel Star) for hotel in Kowloon, Disneyland hotel, two way airport transfer. They gave me free HK city tour and free tour to either Shenzhen or Macau.3. Is character dining at Enchanted restaurant available daily?p> I think its weekend only4 is it easy to travel by train from Disneyland hotel to other parts of HK say for dinner or 2-3 hours shopping?p> You can consider to stay one day in Kowloon. For my case, the agent provided transport from Kowloon hotel to Disneyland hotel. Its a long distance from Disneyland hotel to other parts of HK. Not sure how old is your son. My older dd was easy to manage, when she was 18mths old, I took her with me travelling in Seoul shopping from Myeongdong, Dongdaemun to Apgujeong. PM if you have questions
