hi... i am keen in this school.. currently in dayspring. going to withdraw her.... erm, i would like to know if i were to visit the school,rougly wat should i ask... erm, any good comment for teacher in the school?cos subject wise i can ask, e teacher we nd to exprience den will know.the sch have very little slot now,will appreciate if any one cn give me comment for the scool,thank u

Are u taking up the sch bus service since u are staying in punggol? It will cost u another $130.

The teacher wise is good, lots of and low turnover. Just that from N1-K2 only 3 hrs/days. Not sure will they give spelling or homework for the upper level...

No.she will be in pm. I will see how it goes. This Pcf is going to upgrade another session as child care. Has yet to review it's program and structure。

This Pcf uses jolly phonics and have spelling since k1. It has enrichment after school which I find it may not benefit pm kids.

Confirm sure hv spelling at K1 level? Heard many diff cirriculum at diff branch. My dd just got balloted into 262A compassvale PCF. So come next yr both my DD (k1) and DS (N2) will be having 4hrs/day session. They are currently at a church kindy 3hrs/day.

2013 intake registration ended in May. You may want to call up the branches to find out the vacancies. For what I know, all K1 are full for the morning session… punggol north pcf and punggol west pcf at 303A

They are doing internal reg now, so think you can start to call up or visit them starting from next week for 2013 class.

Totally agreed with daffytlh. The teachers are very good in assuring the kids. Both my daughter (jan 08) and son (dec 09) in N2 and N1. They will be given biscuits, rolls and porridge (fri) for breakfast. The child has to wear diaper even toilet-trained during first week of class.

Is grassroot=RC Member? Heard must be observer for two yrs and someone from the committee to rope u in... How true is that? Jul2012-Jun2014 still in time for this route

Hi there, I'm a full time working mom and new to this forum. My son is born in Sep 2008 and is now attending nursery class.

I came to this forum becos I need help.... sigh.
My son told me he doesn't want to go school and will cry everyday when my mom send him to nursery.
Teacher said he normally cried for at least 30 mins. Tehn when come to story telling, he sometimes will pay attention but when comes to interaction times, he doesn't really like to mix around with other kids.
Can someone please let me know how can I help my son?
If I send him to weekend classes like art class, will it help him to mix around with other kids?

Ur son been to any class prior to this nursery? The crying may take 1-2 mths for some kids. Perhaps u can bring him to those playgym, mingle and play with other kiddos?
