I signed him up for wushu n speech n drama:)
May I know what other 4 enrichment classes ur son attend outside school?
He's having lessons in swimming, piano, drumming and art. He enjoys them all, so if i'm forced to pare down his outside school activities when his school activities increase, i wouldn't know which one to trim. :scratchhead:

      tankee,

your list is P2 spelling list right?

my son is in P1 this year. he say he wan wushu and badminton. is badminton offered as an enrichment class (like wushu) also? if badminton is not, then i may just sign him up for wushu.....
any P1 mummies here who have sign up for any enrichment classes?
My P1 son has 4 other enrichment activities outside of school, and though that is pretty average for most P1 children ... i find it rather overwhelming already. So when i received the TNS enrichment activities circular, i was hesistant. Yet in the end i enrolled him for Chinese enrichment (thurs 1030am), because firstly he didn't attend any previously and he needs it, and secondly becos i want him to make more friends from school.

He attended the 1st class last thurs and enjoyed it. Anyone else here with kids in the same enrichment?

Was at first considering the Art and violin classes as well, but timing clashed with his other classes. Anyway i called the violin teacher and he said there are about 12 per class. That's a big size for a music class, so i decided not.

Saw ‘FTGP’ as one of the classes in my child’s timetable. What does ‘FTGP’ stand for?

On the same topic of using Charlie and the Chocolate Factory during English lesson, would like to check if it’s necessary to buy the book from the TNS bookshop?

Cos if its used for literature … a lot of page and line referencing is usually done … and those with books from different publishers may have difficulty following the lesson.

Hi … does anybody know how i can excuse a Pri 1 child from school for 2 days? We want to bring our Pri 1 child on holiday and the itenary ‘eats into’ normal school term by 2 days.

Also what are the repurcussions? Like will my child find it hard to catch up after missing 2 days of school?

Hi starrenee, my son also enjoyed his yrs in tns. Quite a lot of tns kids attend Chinese enrichment at Molin. Mine did too.

Between Berries and Molin, which would you recommend for primary school level? 😄

Hi all. I would like to check out Molin for my kid... where is the nearest center to TNS? thanks in advance.
By the way i have been following this forum and the amount of info sharing is just wonderful. I have had so many of my questions answered without my even asking ! :lovesite:
