I enrolled for a trial for my son,
We are working parents, so couldnt be there on the day of assessment, and requested them to put any tme on sunday

Someone at reception named ANdrew, was rude, when i asked to book a time to come on sunday.
Literally he mentioned he is doing a favour on us…
He said he allowd the trial as we begged…
Wow

What an atitude of a person who is actually teaching children on developing EQ and IQ,

I told him straight on his face "You never use a word favour or beg word when dealing with customers…".
Customers are customers … right or wrong doesnt matter. You can still be firm without offending.He literally humiliated me.

I asked my 20$ back, and left. The company management is so screwed up, what can you expect from the teachings to the children.

A complete NO… No… for me atleast…
