Send application via online form usually will receive email acknowledgement pretty fast.

yes...but no acknowledgment email from school....so i dont know if they received my documents or not....later email go into their spam folder...

Nope that doesn’t make sense. It’s already stated that the child has to stay at the caregiver’s place. So if the child is being taken care of by the caregiver, and the distance is within 1km how can it be magically changed to 1-2km.

You guys totally don’t get this don’t you. This is a lack of common sense and totally unfair.

No diff from Moe saying 1+1=3 and expecting us to accept it.

i don't understand your argument here because it is already stated clearly in MOE website about using caregiver's address for P1 registration. I put it here below:

If the caregiver’s address is within 2km of the school, your child will be balloted together with those of the same citizenship living between 1km to 2km of the school. This is regardless of how close the caregiver’s address is to the school.

If the caregiver’s address falls outside of 2km from the school, your child will be balloted together with those of the same citizenship living outside of 2km from the school.

There isn't any category for <1KM, 1-2KM & >2KM, but they rather categorized it as within 2KM or more than 2KM, which i feel it is fair to the residents that really staying near to the school.

First advise is to check your map - OneMap to be exact. You cannot be within 1km of both NCPS and SK Green as the two schools’ catchment (save for a few SBS Transit office space) is mutually exclusive.

General rule of the thumb: east of the river, you are part of the opposition and in NCPS space; west of the river, you are part of PM Lee protectorate and is in SKG space.

P/S: Sound very much like you will be a new resident in Rivercove Residences. You have to first decide whether you want to ballot for NCPS: roughly 3 applicants to 1 vacancy at the moment. If you decide to ballot, you are effectively left with Springdale or Anchor Green as your backup for Phase 2CS (Fern Green also, but there’s no reason to do a river crossing everyday).

Fern green will go for ballot this year and Springdale wil not have spots in 2CS. so which ever choice you made, anchor green will be your left over choice amongst the 5 you listed.
