My Indonesian helper wants to go back for home leave when her contract expires in Mar 2020.
She just renew her passport in 2018. But she does not have a KTKLN card. Can she make one in Indonesia Embassy?
If not, how long does it take to do one in Indonesia?
For the new work agreement/contract, can I do it myself or at the embassy?

Hi. I need advice on how to handle my maid. She wants a transfer though it is only 1.5 years. She was my ex-maid who was with me for 3 years.

I do not mind to let her transferred but need time to find a new one. She keeps pestering me and quarrelled with my mum and purposely made a lot of mistakes.
