I think proposal #2 works.


My son accidentally tripped his classmate and she fell down.
She went back home to complain to her parents. Of course, the parents went to the school and spoke to his form-teacher.

I set an example to my son and apologized to the classmate’s parents. I explained to them that it was an accident.
My son acknowledged that although he did not do it intentionally, the girl did in fact fell down.
He was brave and apologized to his classmate in front of his class.

Now, the incident is over.

Anyone can help me...

my son is confused with such problem.

Here is the questions
1. 5 is 1 less than _
2. _ is 1 less than 3

My son just take the numbers and start to minus.
For Q2, that's okay but for Q1, he will get the wrong answer.

Can anyone suggests a method to coach him?

I send my girl when she is 3+ to Jelic @ Toa Payoh. So far, she has been enjoying the class.
It is similar with MPM Maths in a way except my girl is too young to read the question and thus hand on practise like Jelic suits her better.
Once she turns 5, I will switch her to MPM.
