Choose a school that she really likes as six year is not short ; I think she prefers njc as better choice n go for it; all the while njc is my favorite even over ri n hci

Actually she just want to follow friends. I didn't even bring her to any NJC open house and she said she likes NJ. Asked her why and she just can't give me the reason.

Care to share with you like NJ?

    • RE: NJC vs DHS

      Hi,

Can someone share with me your opinion of these two schools?

My DD gets a WL for DHS but she prefers NJC because her friends
are going there too. Should I convince her to choose DHS as a safe
choice (DSA option) or let her goes with her friends (using PSLE result)?

But a bit worry now cause the papers are easy and so dont know how much will be the deviation of the T score like? The COP may be higher too.

Hope to hear your advise. Thanks in advance.

I'm thinking to drive her there every morning but worry that the road to the school will be terribly jam because of so many schools over there.

Would using BKE/PIE and Eng Neo work? Aim to reach school by 7am. Leave home by 6.30am. Your drive would be much easier.

Thanks... Hope that will help if she manage to get into this school.

      PowerPuff Mum:
My son told me the journey is about 45 minutes as his good friend lives in Woodlands travels that route on a daily basis.

Thanks for the info. Just want to see if there is already some transport arrangement made for current students in Woodlands so that those new students can join in.

I know a few students who live in Woodlands. There s a direct bus 961 to Dunearn Road.

But the journey of this 961 is very long.

Can those in Woodlands advise do you guys arrange for transport service?

      Hi,

Any parents in Woodlands have kids in NJC?

Can share what is the transport mode? My girl insists to go NJC
but I feel its too far from Woodlands.

Any school transport available? Kindly advise.

      Thanks.

My DS is so confident in the NJC day activity and interview. He is so sad that he is unsuccessful.

      Hi,

How do you know your DS is not successful? They send the rejection letter too?
