DD has a recurring problem, her upper lip is mostly dry and often cracked, with skin peeling.

This started from the last few weeks at the nanny’s to now Nursery 1 at school.
We used Sebamed baby lip balm on her, it just helps temporarily.
She drinks just enough water, not too much, yet not too little.
She’s still using pacifier though only at night and we made sure to wash the pacifier with pigeon soap & water.
The funny thing is, only her upper lip is affected, bottom lip is fine.

Anyone have any ideas or came across this before?
