Cool down and focus your energy to knowing your risk threshold and what is the backup plan. At the rate you are going, your brain going to burst in flames.

Roughly 200 pax havent show face in punggol per the numbers yesterday.

As of noon, there were 192 registrants.. 152 Are SCs within 1km. HPS didn't want to reveal the figures. Not helpful since I am pondering if I should drop out of the ballot (MTS) and go HPS at the last min. But since I have no info, might as well stay put and hope for the best.

I went in the afternoon at around 3.30pm and the same information is being given to me... 152 within 1km... however, I did not clarify if these are all SCs. Triple check my address and confirmed it is outside 1km (missed by 2 blks).... and walked away liao.... 😓[/quote]Silve, they told me SCs. Now up to 164. Meh

@Silve8 - My hub did a check. Indeed <1 km requires balloting. As of this morning 144 within 1 km. So yes, as Lexy said, it's a certainty. Pls don't waste your 2C. All the best to all the parents (2019 P1 reg) , including me! 🙏🏻

Online info shows 175 vs 131. if total is around 144 SC <1km, does this means most likely 31 applicants, who are likely between 1-2km, will drop out and go elsewhere?

Me staying outside 1km of Mee Toh but within meters from Punggol Green. Although I guess both need to ballot, I am worried that I may not even get a change to ballot at MTP. Any advice?

anyone registered at Mee Toh school today?
We went ahead MTS (,<1 km) but looking at the registration (175?), My heart turned cold. 😞

Did u reg for MTS or PG in the end?

      Dear all.
I stay near Horizon primary school but my first choice is Mee Toh (within 1km). I'm not sure if I'm risking my child's chance to go HPS in the event I'm outta Mee Toh's ballot. Any advice please.
      Thanks

Both probably balloting <1km. Find another backup at 2CS

Thank you! I guess that's the only way. Just hoping that the school won't be too far away.

    • RE: 2019 P1 Registration Exercise for 2020 In-take

Hi all, I’m very new and a total noob. My child is due for P1 new year and we are at a cross road filled with tension over which school to go. mee Toh is our first choice and Horizon (nearer) 2nd. But we are also quite "prepared" that she not might get in. Any advice for these 2 schools in Punggol. My 3rd choice would be oasis or waterway. Somehow , my confidence for Horizon kinda flop after visiting them during the open house… all views are appreciated!!
