Wow, most likely get 92? That's very high an A*! Don't be too worried for your child. If you feel relax, your child will surely be relax too.

For my Prelim, SA1 and all those previous examinations, I have also been counting, how many marks I already minus, what is the least possible marks that I might get. However, I am not 100% sure and sometimes, I will get a pleasant surprise as I get higher than I expected. I believe that your child will surely get higher marks if she is not stress. Gd luck!! 取代 sounds all right too. However, there is 距离 in the sentence, thus I think cannot. 缩短距离(sounds correct) 取代距离(sounds wrong).

Thanks MummyStay & Ms Tay for the good news, as DS chose '消除' ! I also think the answer should be '消除', as there is '不愉快' in the sentence, so 'eliminate (消除) the unhappiness' sounds more logical than 'change (改变) the unhappiness'.

Not necessarily. 2010 and 2008 had all relatively easy papers. Science was perceived to be the toughest of the 4 subjects but was still not difficult.
