We are going through this DS puberty stage of developing… own mind set etc We do show DS newspaper articles and stuffs … guess there too much out there and he feels this is the stage that all teens would go through and he wants that room and space …

My hubby also did talk to our DS. But I cannot just throw the issue all to him as we often out station. We really need your more input here from parents to share your growing up DS. Any behaviour we must watch out for ?

Exam period can revise halfway then disappear and stay in the toliet for ages !

May I ask how many tests subject tested this is part of CA ? I only know he did science  ...I find myself lost  track of tests dates not like in primary school we get hard copy to follow up on DS. Emb sites also messy n lag :?:

In fact, they already have their Maths, Chinese, English, science and Infocomm test last week. IH test this week. Regarding EMB, do not check in the evening ..very lag. If you want to check the EMB for your ds, do it in the morning or afternoon, it is not so lag.[/quote]Thanks ! My friend ds has got grade 7 violin and distinction somemore, put string assembly but given ncc. In the end he got to get it thru appealing. What I meant was string assembly is an obvious match but why is he not given it in the first place and has to go thru appeal?

My ds's friend Gade 8 violin did not opt for string assembly (tired of it want something different) but given string assembly. :stupid:

It seem that alot did not get the CCA that they actually wants.

My DS doing Grade 8 piano and went thru test for \"Choir\" learned that with a grade A or B+ (put as first first choice) high chance . He got in ...(heard can get to travel overseas - heavy sub $) easily hit CIP ...

Do you leave your child at home alone for home learning or get him to go back to school and do, or what arrangement do you make if you are working parent? Or do you actually have to take leave and be around at home to supervise or provide support??

Hi , I left my ds at home with helper . He log on since 8am also saw his few classmates on face book chat how to do etc so I quietly read his chat to make sure he on course while in office
Sign what to do seriously hoping he is not on gaming ... Got helper to walk pass him many times hahaha
