I think it may not be by birth dates, cos my boy is a dec baby and there’s quite a number of his classmates with birthdays ranging from Jan to apr.

The TLC afterschool care used to be sited at maris stella secondary but they moved to Bartley Christian Church. heard from my boy that classmates who go to the ASC takes a bus there at dismissal.

The badminton craze is well & truly alive., DS even wanted to bring our rackets to school to lend his friends!!

Its been a while since I logged on to the forum. So nice to see this thread alive and well.

My boy went for the 2nd selection and was disappointed when he didn’t make the cut. He is happy now that he found friends to play badminton with during recess. Luckily the wushu letter came a few days later. He is so excited, he is jumping up and down when he told me he can join wushu. Kept bugging us to issue the cheque, which we finally did on Wed.

Can anyone tell me when the English test is? My boy only wrote down the units tested in his buddy, but no test date…Thanks.

We have signed up for it. Bought the skates and protective gears last year. Hubby tried to teach him but we don't know the proper technique. Best to leave it to the professionals. :lol:

Honestly, I am getting worried about the quality and commitment of the teachers. Last weekend, while checkinghis Math workbook I found some mistakes that my son made in his work, and the teacher marked them as correct!! In fact, my son found one of those errors himself!!

There are spelling and vocabulary lists in the AskNLearn portal under Messages up to unit 12.
