RE: Making Friends
Get involved in activities where you can meet people and which you enjoy doing so you are not coming across as being fake. It is true that it might take a while and you might face some rejection but if you keep at it you will be successful. You have to take risks in life.

They have a nutty flavor, and are full of fiber, protein and fatty acids. You can add them to soups, salads and baked goods.

RE: What's the purpose of Life?
The purpose of life is to live it, the good, the bad, and the ugly. To find joy in the little things, find the courage to keep going through the bad, and try to leave the world just a bit better for your having passed through. If you can look back and know that you did your best, you lived it well.

RE: All About Insomnia
As a person who has suffered with insomnia for many years, I have found that in order for me to get a good night sleep, and stop the grey matter from "ticking over" endlessly; the remedy involves just two steps.
(1) prepare a cup of herbal tea.
I use a concoction called "Celestial Seasonings" "Sleepytime Tea", which I found at my local supermarket. The ingredients are: Chamomile, spearmint, West Indian lemongrass, Tilia flowers, Blackberry leaves, Orange Blossoms, and Rosebuds.
(2) The next thing I like to do when insomnia hits me is, peruse my bookshelf for the driest book I can find, and found that the side - to - side motion of my eyeballs as they read this rather wordy document actually mimiced the same motion as the eyes as with REM sleep.
