      I just love coconut oil. I generally love taste of coconut and I am so happy that it also has so many benefits for your health. I am using it both for cooking and to make sandwiches as this oil is not necessarily in liquid state

      Since you have 2 kids, I would advise that you go out with your children and have a walk or just play with them in the park regularly. Additionally, keep an eye on your diet also. This is just one idea, of course, it costs nothing and you can still be the best mama in the world while losing tummy

      I think that it is quite normal that hair is becoming gray with the age. There is absolutely nothing that you can do about it except of regularly using some hair-colours. If you don’t prefer to put chemistry on your head, then consult with your hair-dresser about some ideas for fancy hair style

      I absolutely engage my kids in cooking preparations. It is very funny for them and we spend some quality time together. It is also easier for me to prepare food while keeping an eye on them. We made this fun and we all enjoy it

      Lower back pain can be very painful experience and very boring. I think that exercises that include sort of scratching like yoga for example might be helpful. However, it is always the best approach to consult your doctor and stick to his advise

      I think that belly can be handled but it takes dedication. First is healthy diet, which is also good for many other health issue. On the other side are sports. Everybody is different so it is best to find which sport suits you. For me swimming is very good option for general body shape

      I am for plastic surgeries only if it solves some health problem or general issue. I don’t understand quite well why are people using Botox. It brings unnatural face-look and let along that it needs to be renewed every 6 months. Is it only sort of fashionable thing or people really like such look?

      I was a patient of dandruff and let me tell you that it is one of the most embarrassing things in life. You feel awkward and start to have self-esteem issues. You need to go to your skin specialist and get an ointment for it. It won’t go away just by shampooing. Trust me, I have tried.
