The answer given is 3. Why cannot be 2?

Heehee, think I can answer this qn, having been revising science with my DS these few days. Feathers is a characteristic unique to birds. Some mammals such as platypus/bats have bird-like features like beak or bill, wings/2 legs but theyare not birds. So ans is 3Hi! Need help on below question.

Shall attempt this.Think moss is non-flowering plant. It has leaves but no flowers so I think no fruit.
