I'm registering next Tue but thinking of going in the afternoon to avoid morning crowd. Anyway, 2A1 shouldn't be too many people, I supposed.

I printed dd's cert today also, via the website. Need Singpass and child BC no. She has no records for DPT (D3), SAB (D3), Hep B (D2) and Hep B (D3). Is that correct or did I miss a jab? :nailbite:

My ds had the 2nd, 3rd and booster shot for Hep B. He also had the 3rd shot for DPT and Polio(SAB)

Maybe you cross-ref with your dd's health booklet records to chk.

Checked my girl's health booklet...she's had her Hep Bs and DPT (D3) and the doc crossed out for polio, assuming coz it was administered as a 5-in-1. Anyways, should I go to the doc to update her records or can I just bring the health booklet instead?
