I have heard that if the child has been diagnosed with autism in early childhood but parent does not declare upon Pri 1 enrolment, does that mean the school take in the child with autism without any knowledge that the child was previously diagnosed if the parent choose to hide it?

But after reading the article, I not going to let her have 2nd jab.

I delayed dd1's MMR booster shot, I rec'd letter, can't remember which health department, reminding me about it. My intention was to delay so when I rec'd the call, I explained I will arranged at a later date and all is good.

If you really do not wish to let your dd get the booster shot, I'm not sure how it will go. The vaccinations are under the Infectious Diseases Act (Chapter 137).

Any parents out there who did not give the measles vaccination? What was your experience, pls share.

At the point of p1 registration, no need to declare that the child is autistic.

There is no reason to. No need to let the school know.
Some highly functional autistic kids can cope well, no one able to detect.
One of my friends’ daughter, in mgs upper primary now. She’s autistic, but even teachers can’t tell. She behave just like any other kid in class, in school.
If you ask her questions, she can answer you, like any normal kid. Only her mother say she is emotionally cold.

It is possible for parents not to declare. Whether is to the child's benefit or not is another matter.

That claim has been discredited multiple times. However, as with everything else, a small number of children may have adverse reactions to the vaccines for a variety of reasons - allergies or whatever. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell until the child has had the vaccine, so it's pretty much luck of the draw, really. But I think the advantages of vaccination outweighs the very small risk of reaction.

I don't know if there's a dateline. The vaccination will be carried out in P1. The school sent out the infor and consent form to parents. Subsequently, health checks was conducted including the vaccinations. I did not give consent so dd1 didn't rec her shot in school.

In all, I rec'd one letter and two calls to remind me abt the vaccination heehee

Herd immunity. However, if everyone starts to think that herd immunity will protect their child and so decide against vaccination, then it will no longer work and unvaccinated children will cease to have that degree of protection.

Also, children who are unvaccinated by choice run the risk of infecting other children, namely those who, for reasons like allergies and illness cannot be vaccinated themselves and thus rely on herd immunity to protect them.

Don't think will be as effective. My GP told me the reason why the MMR booster shot is brought forward is there are numbers to suggest need the booster shot earlier to help protect more effectively against the diseases. There were kids who were infected though they had the 1st shot. I forgot to ask her if the kids are fr Singapore or other countries.
