Agree! The info will help parents make a more informative decision. In the case of NH, only the within 1km stands a chance. But for popular schools like nan Hua -
Normally balloting is conducted within 1 km.
so for those staying more than 2 km, think they are more or less mentally prepared that nan Hua admin will also request them to withdraw - sooner or later (by end of day 2, 4.30 pm)
If admin inform those more than 2 km to withdraw earlier,
Is better. Because then, they got more time to react, to consider other alternative schools nearby, ESP. For parents under grassroot category, phase 2b. Rather than to be told to withdraw on day 2, around 4.30 pm closing time which is late - because they wont have time to re-act fast, quickly enrol in another school, hence missing one very important 2b precious chance. -
Why no one seems to care about Henry Park and Ai Tong, this time round? :scratchhead:

I see… Then NHPS admin is really kind to take the extra mile to inform parents who have less chances.
Gosh, 4.30pm?? No wonder each parent may stand-by at different schools to decide last minute. -
