yes, almost certain need balloting...but now the crucial point is the distance for balloting/ or if all SC are accepted etc...

and must monitor today's final numbers....
All the CHIJs so full this year! Could it be because Catholicism seems to be the easiest way via 2b? 😞

Yes, I'm quite shock to see the application rather high and there is one more day to go.

CHIJ affiliated to Catholic JC u know? That's why so hot.
Can someone enlighten this very blur mummy pls cos my dd will be going to CHIJ next year. (I don't even know that CHIJ is affiliated to Catholic JC !).

Why is this affifilation to a JC good? I thought that after PSLE, the only affliation that matter is which secondary school the primary school is affiliated to. You mean after PSLE can go straight to JC meh?? Or is this what they call the \"直通车\"???

Catholic JC is NOT the reason for the popularity of the convents. No IP route either.

Most pple go for the mission schools due to the reasonably good education and their secondary affiliations. All Catholic sec schools are affiliated to Catholic JC after O levels, but there is no IP route. For IP, only SJI International, Catholic High and CHIJ St Nicholas will get that option among the Catholic schools.

Was at fairfield this morning for reg. Been told <1km almost taken up the vacancies and might go for balloting, may be. So those 1-2km got to be prepared no chance for balloting.
