Patisy, you are right. There was a total of 9 who withdrew after Ph2A. 3 withdrew in Ph 2B and 6 in Ph 2C. I believe there was a lot of these happening in quite a number of schools. Parents who want to secure their seat under alumni or old boy / old girl while monitoring their chance at their first choice school.

People are taking advantage of the system. This is bad![/quote]yalor sianz..though parents got right to do so, but this alrdy affected us who really need the sch due to distance is near..becos of the TUR so high. we didnt even have chance for balloting in 2B sigh......Fated ah.

Alexis, yes i managed to squeeze in Alexandra Pri. Looking at the no of applications yesterday, it's scary! but luckily SC -199 all in, so balance 11 for PR to ballot..1 Phase only all taken up ! terrible...

Thanks, yes indeed. My friend decided to make things easy for everyone thus she decided not to withdraw from another school and go for balloting at the school she had registered.

Thanks! It's been indeed a roller-coaster ride for me... I didn't get my 1st choice sch in the end but I'm happy with my decision (albeit rather last minute) to put my boy into Alexandra Pri Sch

I presume you don't have to go through balloting? I heard APS only requires balloting for PRs.
