I recommend you Dr Rashid of The Kid Dentisit at Camden Medical Centre. The contact no is 6235 7279. He is good. Both my kids are with him for almost 4 years before they start primary school.

She is available only on Saturdays, but she is very nice. In the first visit, she took time to let him get accustomed to the setting. There are toys there, and she simply checked his teeth when he showed signs of uneasiness. She also gave him toys and taught him how to brush. Subsequent visits, he knew what to do and was ok.

The School Dentist at Health Promotion Board is recommended. The dentist are really good with kids and the clinic setting is fun and makes kids relax. Subsidize for singaporean - scaling and polishing affordable @ $9. But you have to call in advance and expect to wait for months.

Dr Ong attended to my boy when he was 4 years old. She did his crowning under GA. She is expensive but good with young kids.

That procedure cost me a bomb but it was for his own good. It was too early for him to lose a molar as it will affects the alignment of his permanent teeth. He still has that silver crown intact !

I think it is important for kids to have good experience on their first dental visit.

Really appreciate your affirmation for Dr.Ong service and to emphasis "have good experience on kids first dental visit". I’m also hesitate to send to PD dentist due to cost but i believe my little quite & shy boy needs a good experience during his first dental visit. If not…hardly to get him to visit next time if have any problem.

Highly reccomend Dr. JD Tan at GPA Dental Service (Parkview Square, United Square). He’s excellent with kids and put my 3 year old at ease very quickly. I especially like the Parkview Square branch, it’s beautiful and has a kids waiting room. It also helped that I started reading the book ‘First Experiences’ by Usborne regularly to my child prior to our visit. It gave him an idea of what to expect during the dental visit.

BIG MISTAKE.

When my wife brought my son there, it was a most unpleasant experience. While he was not rude per se, he came across as cold and condescending, certainly not what you would expect of a dentist specializing in pediatric dentistry.

I certainly will NOT recommend him to anyone at all.
