      Sun_2010:
Some one mentioned lymphatic drainage massage or something like that . Cant find it now.

Can anyone tell me about it :please:
      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manual_lymphatic_drainage

      http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-lymphatic-drainage.htm

Thing with this massage is you will be disappointed if you expect to be kneaded. For me, I feel that there is no pressure at all. More like someone just smoothing their hands over your body. But I know it works to get rid of water retention especially at the hands of one who knows what to do. Chances are you gotta run to the toilet pretty soon to pee, sometimes even during the session.

But there is really no oomph factor during the massage.

        Jennifer:

For a cheaper n more convenient self administered chiro, go to the playground n use the pull up bars. Let your body hang freely.

FIL and his friends do this, feel the body aches lessen.

FIL said the body gets straightened in this manner.

        :faint:
If I were strong and conditioned enough to do pull ups , I wouldnt be having any aches in the first place. šŸ˜†

For me doing pull ups is harder than push ups

Not pull up n down, just hang freely.

Umm a lot of people dislocate their shoulders or elbows on the chin up bars too.

just hang freely, not pull up and down.[/quote]Yah hang freely oso can dislocate joints cos body weight too much for the joints. Hehehe

            buds:
I read Jennifer's chiro experience and quite tempted to go for it.. but the cost is definitely a factor. But considering if it offers positive long(er) term solutions, may be good to nip the back problem in the bud or in this case in the back. šŸ˜‚

Waiting for your review, bro SBKS.
ok sure. no prob. but problem is, chiro is more for spinal and posture issues.
I xray and my lumbar area has an issue. So def i need chiro.

for those with no xray before to indicate issue, chiro will send u for xray.
so all in all, initial consultation would be like $200 at least.

Please share at what age did you guys start experiencing backache? I do not have regular backache except day 1 of my period but the backache subsides easily with medication.

How can we take care of our back?
