Hi there, I am not too sure how old is your child. To change the glasses 3 or 4 times over a year, the frequency seems high. I think you may like to talk to your child on how to take care of his/her glasses. Perhaps, you need to look into glasses specifically that suits him/her more. My daugther has prescribed a new pair of glasses lately and it costs $98 - plastic half frame with designs. It stated manufactured in Japan.

            Hi,

My dd is in primary 2 and her eye-check result shows that she needs to go further check.

I am searching around and it seems Ortho-K is good for controlling myopia. wonder if anyone of you has any experience to share?
            thanks!

                Hi,

My son has myopia and it gets worst like every 3-6 months. I am keen to enrol him on a myopia control program with an eye doctor. I am wondering if anyone here already had enrol your child on such a program and can share your experience?

                Thank you in advance.

                  Hello everyone!

My gal failed her eye test too and now she's 6 wearing glasses. My girl also has very serious dark circles from 5 months of age till now. Anyone with similar condition? I checked with specialist and told she had sensitive nose which causes the dark circles. After on medicine for half a year, I see no improvement and hence has stopped the medication.

Anyone encounter something similar, let me know. thanks!
I asked ENT Dr, once darkened, can't cure le, it's due to nose sensitivity, some medicine can lightened but not remove it totally le.....DS also on medicine & nasal spray currently. It helped the morning ah choos!

Can someone explain what is the meaning of 6/12 and 6/09? Is it ok to have this result for eyesight or must wear glasses?
