I agree the books by Lisa are very good but please don't give it to your DD now since she is having problems in writing. Lisa's work is of high level and it may work against us.

I have nothing against Lisa's books as I think she does a wonderful job and my 2 gals are in her centre but you need to use other books (with interesting illustrations) for a P1 child.

Anyway for P1 the method MOE uses is MLEA ( you can get details from MOE www)
