My dd was posted to Dunman Sec. May I know how is the school there, in terms of students and teachers, environment ?
Also, saw previous post about the shoes, is it true it must be canvas white shoes ? -
Any shoes except sport shoes and black shoes are allowed .

Yes , there will be auditions for drama and choir ( there may be some more but that is what dd can remember )

Thanks again A Better Tomorrow. My girl is interested in Guitar but she does not have any background on Guitar. That’s why I am asking whether is there audition.

There is no audition for Guitar acording to dd . The instructors will teach from basic . No pior knowledge required for it .
Dd has some friends in guitar too . Heard that training is 2/3 ( she couldn't really remember ) times per week . -
Wow, it is a great news that no audition for guitar club ! Checked this year CCA timetable for guitar - 2 times a week, each time 4 hrs I think. Hmmm, quite "siong" leh …

We went to Dunman Sec school where my daughter is posted this morning. Apparently the class list are out: Express 1A to 1E, NA 1F and 1G and NT 1H. My daughter will be posted to class 1B.

i was in dunman class 1B. graduated as dunman top student in 1991. cop of dunman has risen so much. my PSLE only 226. now that result cannot even get into dunman.
dunman has produced good students. myself and another classmate from sec 4A subsequently went to AJC, then graduated from NTU engineering with a 1st class honours in 3.5 years instead of usual 4 years. -
Hi, can any of the student or parents of Dunhan Sec feedback on the students studying in this school? student in NA & NT well-behaved?
since there are more express class in this school, will the express students look down on NA or NT pupils?
need feedback as i am thinking of putting DS in this school. thks
